Data we collect

• Account data: name or display name, email address, profile photo
• Sign in data: Google or Discord identity, Discord username and id when linked
• Usage data: downloads, download history, event submissions, likes and comments
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, log data
• Support data: messages you send us by email or on Discord
• Membership data: plan, billing period dates and invoices we issue

Card and payment details are never collected or stored by us. Payment data is handled by Mayar, our Indonesian payment processor, when you buy a VIP membership online.

Why we use it and legal basis

• Creating and running your account and VIP membership: performance of a contract
• Delivering downloads and Discord roles: performance of a contract
• Security, abuse and fraud prevention: legitimate interests
• Improving the site and our content: legitimate interests
• Customer support: performance of a contract and legitimate interests
• Update and event emails you asked for: consent, withdrawable at any time
• Accounting and legal obligations: legal obligation

Who we share data with

• Hosting, database, storage and email providers acting as our processors
• Mayar, our Indonesian payment processor, for taking VIP membership payments and issuing invoices
• Discord, where you link your account or take part in our server
• Professional advisers such as legal and accounting
• Authorities where the law requires it

International transfers

Our providers may process data outside your country. Where data leaves the UK or EEA, we rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

Retention

We keep account and membership data while your account exists and for as long as needed for legal, tax and accounting duties. Afterwards we delete or anonymise it. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and you may withdraw consent. You can also complain to your local data protection authority. Write to aegcommunity.pr@gmail.com and we will respond within one month.

Security and cookies

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit and access controls. We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and remember preferences. We do not use advertising cookies.
