Who you are contracting with

AESIM.NET is operated by KEVIN STEFANUS KURNIAWAN, trading as Aerofly Global Community (AEGC). References to we, us and our mean KEVIN STEFANUS KURNIAWAN / AEGC. If you use the service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you may accept these terms for it. If you use it as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age in your country.

Acceptance

Continued use of the site, of any downloaded file or of a VIP membership means you accept these terms and any future updates published on this page.

What we provide

We publish add-on content for Aerofly FS, including liveries and mods, free downloads and a paid VIP membership that unlocks member-only content, early access, priority handling of livery requests and a private Discord role. Content is delivered digitally and is not shipped physically.

Your account

You must give accurate information and keep it current. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity that happens under your account.

Acceptable use

You must not use the service to:

• break any law or regulation
• commit fraud, send spam or impersonate other people
• infringe intellectual property rights of any party
• interfere with security, including malware, probing, scraping or bypassing access limits
• resell, redistribute or repackage our files without written permission
• reverse engineer the service beyond what the law allows

Intellectual property

We keep ownership of the service, our files, artwork, branding and documentation. VIP membership grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use our content for personal simulator use while your membership is active.

Airline names, logos and liveries belong to their respective owners and appear for identification only. If you are a rights holder and want content removed, contact us and we will review the request and act on valid claims, including ending access for repeat infringement.

Service level

We work to keep the service available but cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error free or compatible with every simulator setup. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Payments, billing and subscriptions

Online VIP membership payments are available in Indonesia and are processed by Mayar, our Indonesian payment processor, in Indonesian rupiah. Mayar handles the transaction and payment related customer service, and supports QRIS, virtual account, e-wallet and mini market payments. We do not collect or store card details. Members outside Indonesia can arrange payment with an admin on Discord or by email.

VIP membership is a fixed term membership of one, six or twelve months. It does not renew automatically and no money is taken again unless you choose to buy another period. Rupiah prices are shown before checkout, and any prices shown in US dollars are a reference for members outside Indonesia. Payment and billing mechanics are governed by Mayar's terms. Access continues until the end date shown on your membership card.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access for material breach of these terms, non payment, fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. When access ends, VIP content stops being available to you, and your account data is handled as described in our Privacy Notice.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow exclusion.
