If you are not satisfied with your VIP membership, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to first purchases and to renewals.
How to request a refund
Online payments in Indonesia are processed by Mayar. To request a refund, contact us at aegcommunity.pr@gmail.com or on Discord with the email you used at checkout and your invoice number. We will review the request and refund eligible payments to the payment method you used within the guarantee period.
Cancelling future renewals
Membership is a fixed term and never charges you again by itself. Cancelling from your account page simply means you will not be reminded to continue, and your VIP access stays active until the end date of the period you already paid for.
Free downloads
Free liveries and mods carry no charge, so no refund applies. If a paid download does not work in your simulator, contact us first and we will help you install it.
